This is the distiller that they use at the Naramata Lavender Farm. It looks really cool. I am hoping to see how the Okanagan Lavender farm distills tomorrow.

I went to a levender farm for lunch the other day,we had lavender scones they were the best..........................!!
The lavender had not even changed colour so I dont know how they cooked them or you would have thought it would be a little darker.
Need to go back as they had some gorgoeus candleholders.
Good excuse for more scones.lol
